1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
2. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
Where a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
After approval, refunds will normally be initiated within 3–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.
4. PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges are subject to BERRI's applicable return/exchange policy. Products must generally be unused, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags attached.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact BERRI promptly with clear photographs/videos and the order details for review.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Any products specifically identified as non-returnable or non-refundable at the time of purchase will be subject to the terms communicated to the customer, subject to applicable law.
7. SHIPPING CHARGES
Where a refund is approved, shipping charges may be treated separately depending on the reason for cancellation/return and the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
